The hotel was perfect for my stay. I booked a single room with a balcony and I sent a message that I hope to have a quiet room. I got a room from 8th floor and the windows where facing to North to the city. The room was actually so quiet, not a sound from the traffic or cars. And there was even a church across the street, but the bells ringing had very suttle sound too. I think my neighbour rooms where empty because I didn't hear any noises from the corridors. I loved the bed and the sheets. Bathroom and shower was great. I also loved the smell of the soaps and bodylotion in the bathroom. The breakfast room was on the 9th floor and had a really beautiful views. And it tasted also great. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful; I didn't have power in my room at one morning and they immeadiately sent someone to fix it. The only negative about the room was that the air conditioning was really loud. But luckily it shut down at 11 pm so after that you could sleep in silence. All in all the hotel was great and I will definetly consider staying there again. So thank you for a really nice stay :)

第一天洗澡水忽然變冷水，而且水壓很弱，但又用大頭花洒，奇怪。
床不好睡，睡醒腰痛。

The room was of a good size, and the location of the hotel offers great access to public transport. Breakfast was good and varied and the 9th floor terrace has great views.
There were a couple of less positive aspects, though. We were visiting during a heatwave, and at times the A/C in the room was barely keeping up. Also, out of 3 elevators, only one was working reliably (one has been broken during the entire stay, and another one was on and off) - for such a large hotel with 9 floors, it created unacceptable waiting times.
But overall, we had a good stay; it was nice to be walking distance from most things we wanted to do.

Excellent hotel. I was in Europe in Paris, London and Brussels . This hotel far out classed the other two. Everything about this hotel was beautiful. The room was beautiful and the hotel so central, it made getting around very easy. I highly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, light airy. I loved that they did not have carpet in the room, instead vinyl plank floors. Very different from every other hotel I have ever stayed in before. They also had a dental kit with extra toothpaste and toothbrush.

Para ser de la cadena nh y encima colection 4 estrellas, tienes detalles que dejan mal sabor, como complementos de habitación tan solo gorro de baño, ni cepillo ni utensilios de coser noto es ni bastoncillos de oídos ni unas zapatillas, es un colection y detalles que les suele caracterizar además la habitación con varios desperfectos, una pena porque son muy buenos y está vez ha sido un poco por debajo

The family room they offer for 2 adults and 2 children only has one single bed for 2 children to share. Not ideal for a 9 and 6 year old.
They did rectify it and add another single bed but the room then became cramped. They should really be offering this as a family room for 4 people.
