I could live here forever, but they said they were full. The staff is amazing, next to none. They greeted us with heartfelt humor and showed a lot patience for long travelers The room was impeccable, with an excellent shower. Although a stone throw away from the train station, we did not hear a single train noise. The location next to the midi station is a hub to access all of Brussels and Europe at large in a convenient way. This hotel is my new home in Europe, I wish I could invest! I want to reiterate the great staff, especially the front desk and the cleaners who always put the guests first. This is VIP treatment at mainstreet prices. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

Great location directly across from Brussels Midi station, warm and friendly welcome at check in and again at check out, room was large and clean and the hotel itself had good amenities with coffee and snacks available to purchase in the lobby area. Would definitely recommend!

The room was lovely, as we're the staff... But there was only ever one man on reception at a time. Both we saw were lovely and professional and doing the best they could but it lead to long waits to check in, check out and pick up our bags before we left. On the Saturday night there was also some very loud women in the courtyard until about midnight which echoed up and even though the window was closed it made it sound like they were right outside the window even though we were on the fourth floor

The TV don’t works. The receptionist was very rude. The blanket was broken and has a red spot… awful smell at the bed. The enter of the hotel is the smoking area, and is close, so if don’t smoke, you will have to smoke.

Location is what we expected; not the nicest but very close to the train station. Checking in was very simple, all the staff in the hotel was very nice. We stayed for 7 nights and being a hotel we assumed we’ll get daily cleaning and pretty much some days they cleaned the room and other days they just removed the trash. The disappointment was that we reserved this hotel over other cheaper hotels in the area because it was an “Expedia VIP hotel” and there was nothing extra or special that we received; for that we could’ve stayed in the Ibis down the block that is much cheaper. The hotel wasn’t full so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was not worth the money at all. It was nice to get two water bottles in the room on the first day, all toiletries were good quality. Mini fridge is always a plus but no coffee maker in the room, just a kettle.
