This hotel is literally super. Although it is definetely not an absurd hotel which have prices of 400 - 600 euros per a night, it provides "truly" large and wide room. It was really impressive to me, because I have not ever seen a hotel like this which has so big room, in the whole European continent. And this enormous room doesn't charge exorbitant costs. This hotel is perfectly reasonable and economical!
In addition to the extremely large space of the room, the reception was really kind and merciful. After my check-out, I had to find a suitable place to wait for my train. It was because there was a term of 3 hours between my check-out and my train-boarding time. Hesitating to ask for me to wait my train at the hotel's lobby, I asked the reception whether it was permitted. And the staff at the reception kindly answered me that it is possible and there is no problem. By her grand favor, I could comfortably wait for my train at the clean and cool place, the hotel's lobby. I would like to emphasize that I truly appreciate the staffs of the reception.
To sum up, this hotel is very clean, large, kind, reasonable, and so extremely super.

Great location if you’re travelling to or from Midi Station - incredible location! And honestly, ignore the reviews about the neighborhood, you literally cross a crosswalk from the station to the hotel - no danger whatsoever! There is nothing to check out near the hotel so you’ll just be using metro to get downtown anyway - crisis averted! Highly recommend for the money

Check in took a little longer than normal due to only one receptionist but he was very helpful (and apologetic).
The room was perfect for an overnight stay between journeys.
Sadly the kitchen was only offering a limited selection so I can’t rate the food there, but there was a good selection of snacks to purchase.

Convenient hotel right across the street from the Brussels Midi station. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized rooms with confy bed, work table and sitting chair. Wifi worked well. Our room on the 5th floor was fine, but the air-con was not sufficient to cope with the extreme weather, and no fans were available to borrow. The hotel frontage was undistinguished and not especially inviting. Breakfast was expensive, and we didn't have it. The location, opposite the station, was very convenient, although not in the most attractive part of Brussels, and some distance from the centre of town. Storing our luggage after check-out was efficient. Somewhat pricey, but not out of line with Brussels hotel prices.

The hotel was very handy for the large Brussels Midi railway station.
The room was a good size and the ventilation was good.
The view out of the window was awful - just a side-street.
The area was noisy, pretty much 24 hours per day, probably because of being so close to the station.
This contributed to not sleeping very well, as well as the bed being quite uncomfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The meals, including breakfast, were rather expensive, so we ate out during the stay.

Hotel itself was mostly clean and comfortable. Room was a decent size, clean and bed comfortable. Front reception staff very unfriendly, especially the young guy that checked us in. The room cleaner was lovely. Outside of the hotel was revolting. Graffiti as far as the eye can see, homeless people everywhere. Feces and urine all over the pavement (made us feel sick when we left the hotel). The location was good for train station but not great for exploring the main part of the city. The hotel could do more to make the immediate area outside the hotel cleaner and safer.
