The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, the carpets are plush and clean, the bathroom was large, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff were welcoming and spoke a variety of languages fluently. The bartender, Folios, gave us lots of suggestions for food and places to go. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Brussels Midi station, which is very convenient. However, the area where the hotel is located is very dirty and unsafe at night. We never had any issues with being accosted or harassed, and did notice a strong police presence in the train station, which was comforting. We only traveled around the area between 8am-7pm. We didn't feel comfortable traveling later than that. We have always had good experiences staying at Radisson properties, so it's a shame that such a nice hotel is stuck in a lousy area.

Very convenient location, located just across from the Brussel Zuid / Bruxelles Midi railway and metro station. Hotel currently being renovated and the renovated rooms are really very nice and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. We definitely would use this hotel in the future and we can recommend it to other travellers as well.

- Nơi lưu trú xác nhận đang áp dụng biện pháp vệ sinh và khử trùng theo quy định của Safety Protocol (Radisson).
Để sắp xếp nhận phòng, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú tối thiểu 24 giờ trước khi đến bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Khách phải liên lạc trước với nơi lưu trú để nhận hướng dẫn nhận phòng. Nhân viên tiếp tân sẽ đón tiếp khi khách đến nơi lưu trú.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, bem em frente à estação Brussels Midi, o que facilitou bastante o deslocamento de trem e também o acesso ao transporte público da cidade.
O quarto era confortável e de bom tamanho, com banheiro igualmente agradável e funcional. O café da manhã foi excelente, com bastante variedade de opções — desde pães e frios até frutas frescas, sucos e itens quentes.
De forma geral, foi uma estadia muito boa, com tudo funcionando bem e atendendo às expectativas. Uma escolha prática e conveniente para quem deseja se hospedar em Bruxelas com facilidade de locomoção.

room1で3泊しましたが、1階で窓のそばには石畳の道路があり、夜中でも車の騒音が激しく全く寝れなかった。ベッドは幅1メールのものを2個並べてシングルベッドにしており、夜その隙間が開くので大変不快。おまけに無料朝食などなく、全くデタラメな宿でした。

The reception was cold and bordering rude and dismissive. We arrived about 5 minutes to 3 pm (the stated check-in time) and were told that the rooms would not be ready for 20-25 minutes. There was no welcome, no apology for the delayed availability of the rooms, no smile.
Coming from countries where the service sector is key to the economy, we know good customer service and the reception we received at Park Inn Brussels was missing the mark by far.
There was a change in front desk clerk and the first one did not even advise the new one that we were awaiting our rooms. At about 3:30 pm we approached the desk and had to restart the processes. Still there was no apology. The second clerk was keen to advise us that checkout is at noon with no consideration that we waited for more than 30 minutes to check in.
On our next visit, we will not subject ourselves to this type of treatment again. We are on a multi-city European tour and the service in all the other hotels was significantly superior to this service at Park Inn Brussels. We are indeed very disappointed! It is a pity that such a nice facility will miss out on future business because of the poor service.

Havaalanından ulaşım kolay, Midi-Station’ın karşısında. Şehir merkezine 15-20 dk yürüne mesafesinde. Tren istasyonuna yakın olduğu için tercih ettim, her gün trenle şehir dışına çıkmam gerekiyordu. Konforlu bir otel.

Organice un viaje con clientes, marca y artistas de México. Nunca mandaron un correo ni avisaron que todo el lugar lobby recepción etc estaba en remodelación. CALOR! Humedad, suciedad, trabajadores, ruido de herramientas. Teníamos que entrar por la cocina a un front desk; el personal se veía acalorado, solo un recepcionista por turno, con el hotel lleno, temporada alta, tomorrowland. Y EXPEDIA NO HIZO NADA, le mandé desde mi check-in fotos y la situación y nunca me contestaron ni hicieron nada. Espero al menos un reembolso o crédito a favor porque fue la primera peor impresión de este viaje.

Organice un viaje con clientes, marca y artistas de México. Nunca mandaron un correo ni avisaron que todo el lugar lobby recepción etc estaba en remodelación. CALOR! Humedad, suciedad, trabajadores, ruido de herramientas. Teníamos que entrar por la cocina a un front desk; el personal se veía acalorado, solo un recepcionista por turno, con el hotel lleno, temporada alta, tomorrowland. Y EXPEDIA NO HIZO NADA, le mandé desde mi check-in fotos y la situación y nunca me contestaron ni hicieron nada. Espero al menos un reembolso o crédito a favor porque fue la primera peor impresión de este viaje.

No nos avisaron que estaba en construcción todo el lobby, nos hicieron pasar por la cocina, había trabajadores, el front desk desorganizado, sin aire acondicionado, calor.
