Absolutely loved the hotel. Excellent location excellent staff and breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Got a room with a beautiful view as well as access to the lounge. Well, worth paying extra for the access to the lounge.

The steam and sauna was really nice on the 25th floor.
The hotel itself was nice but you can hear the noise outside all night.
Advised it was my birthday before our stay, but no special touch.
Not much communication or friendliness with hotel staff, however room cleaners lovely.

Room too warm, road outside was noisy (on 15th floor) with window closed. I tried to order a drink at the bar: was asked to take a seat but waited 10 mins and no-one came to take my order and I gave up.

Room improvements havr been made since our last stay new tvs which are better. Room cleaning slow and not done until 3pm!
Restaurant is pour ordering off a qr code in a 5 star hotel! Just no. Staff service is slow and we would still be waiting for the bill not good enough for a 5 star hotel

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. My husband and I travel from the United States. All the staff spoke English, and were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean!

I particularly liked the lounge on the 24th floor, I would argue that it is very much worth it to book a room that includes access.
The room we had booked was spacious and had a great view over Brussels.
The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and I loved the layout of the room.
The complimentary drinks in the minibar were a nice addition to the perfect room.
The only regret I have is that around 10:20, so 40 minutes before the end of the breakfast, certain items were already unavailable.
I would argue that this should not happen.
I do not expect to have every single cake or fruit to be restocked until 10:59, but 40 minutes is unacceptable.
Overall, it was still the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway, and we will be back.

Hôtel bien située, magasins,restos et métro,tram à côté. Par contre tout n’a pas été réfléchi notamment la douche et toilettes. Une porte pour les 2. Quand vous êtes deux dans la chambre c’est pas pratique
La salle de pdj est trop petite et les tables,chaises hyper basses. Pas du tout confortable pour manger
