Ich möchte mich bei den Mitarbeitern bedanken - sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Das Hotel befindet sich recht zentral, in einer Einkaufsmeile und ein sehr schöner Park liegt auch gleich daneben. Nur 5 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß ist die Metro-Station "Louise" . Ich empfehle die Zimmer ganz oben - es ist eine atemberaubende Aussicht zu finden. Danke!

Old fashioned

We enjoyed our room and had a great experience using the hotel spa. We had a not so great experience at the bar. The service was incredibly slow and when we finally got our drinks they brought a white wine when I had ordered a red. Otherwise this was a great location

The Hotel is centrally located. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food in the Iris, exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Rommet var rent, personalet var behjelpelig og veldig hyggelig. Frokosten var bra, med godt utvalg! Totalt sett 5/5!

The place was clean, staff was very nice, the spa made the hotel- that part was amazing and well worth the trip (if you like spas) and it’s complimentary. We did have some issues - I booked a facial and the lady was a message therapist, not a professional esthetician. They did fix the issue. She would have been a fantastic message therapist, but make sure you double confirm your treatment. We had an issue with the shower leaking (had to use serval towels each morning to clean it up), we didn’t tell the hotel, but we told the cleaning lady so she didn’t think we were crazy people and using all of their towels. The lights went out mid- day one day on our floor (it lasted a few hours and we had to wait to get ready (not their fault, but sucked). The keys stopped working a few times and we had to go down to get new keys (little frustrating). They had to move us because we stayed in a room initially right under the gym- people started working out super early and slammed weights down, (not just once or twice) continuously. I do have to say that even with all of these issues, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend this hotel. I would suggest a little more attention in the lounge area-people had to wait sometimes for wine and food. The only had a few wine glasses and people had to use a not so good alternative for wine.

Nice food, staff and room

Nous avons passé 3 jours exceptionnels dans cet Hôtel et nous sommes tellement déçue de devoir partir… Le meilleur Hôtel que nous ayons fait et notre petit garçon de 1 an et demi ne dira pas le contraire. Surtout ne changez pas ! Nous reviendrons au plus vite !

During our stay, we came back one evening to an iman screaming in Arabic to a group of 20-39 people in the lobby. The scene was unreal and the hotel staff were not taking any action to remove those people making us feel unsafe and weird out being suddenly in the middle of a screaming match that sounded like a prayer or something

Friendly staff and perfect location - a beautiful park in the back yard and an easy walk to Sablon, Grand Place, and Mont des Arts. Beautiful views from the rooms and the best breakfast buffet we’ve experienced in three years of traveling Europe. The corner suites are well worth the money.

A modern hotel which is very comfortable. The lounge is worth the upgrade especially if you want somewhere to work.
