The hotel was very nice….excellent staff, location, cleanliness, breakfast. A couple of things were a little outdated like the thermostat. Also, the shower was a little tight. Otherwise, really nice and well worth the cost.

Pool area looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down. Area does not appear to be safe with a strong smell of urine outside of the hotel. Food in hotel (both breakfast and dinner) are good.

First time in Brazil, and this hotel was a nice hotel. I enjoyed the proximity to dining, beach, shopping, etc. I would've paid more for a nicer room, but I didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Rooftop pool and bar was a plus and so was the buffet style breakfast downstairs! 9/10 recommend.

The bedroom was really clean, but the bathroom could use a deep cleaning. Some of the staff were the nicest, most helpful people, but some just acted like I wasn't standing right in front of them. The breakfast had a very nice spread of pastries, but I was a little disappointed with the hot options. It was always the same hot options, and that got very tiring.
My biggest complaint was the thin walls. I was roomed right next to some office, and there was some alarm going off pretty consistently. But I could frequently hear people talking in the hallways too. It was just a loud room, which was disappointing.
The AC did work well though. The room had blackout curtains that actually worked. Also, the location was pretty great! Right next to a supermarket, the subway, and the beach!

We are very disappointed that we had a extremely bad stay in this hotel as the air conditioning didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work, the worst part is the room is extremely stinky, it’s so bad my friend even had an asthma attack. When they moved us to a different room the next day, the toilet didn’t work. The hotel is not the condition as it is advertised at all!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The check-in process, the breakfast, the staff...everything was going well beyond expectations until...the check out. I was charged for the entire room snack bar selections and drinks, even though we only grabbed one of the kitkats. I let them know and they then got aggressive and even said that if it wasn't me it was the other person in the room because the snacks had been "restocked" in our room. I told them that no staff had even been in the room other than for room service because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door the whole trip.

I been there 3 other times before. I always reserved the same type of room . For my surprise this last reservation the room was much smaller than the other times I stayed there. The pillows was very hard. I had to call to switch them. The shower was bad the water jet went to everywhere but myself . I guess this was the last time I stayed there.
