Staff was very nice and friendly. Hotel is clean and very beautiful

Super clean with a fast check in and check out, stayed here twice with no complaints! Close walking distance from a lot of main attractions downtown.

Room was fine, except there were no sheets or quilt for the pullout sofa. I booked a room for three but the bedding consisted of one pillow and a light weight blanket. Our daughter had to sleep ontop of sofa and she's a tall person not a child.

Clean room, personal friendly and breakfast good

No hot water for shower or washing hands and no one appears to be working on or concerned about it. Offered a less nice alternate hotel as an option with no price discount offered. Not offered any compensation at all but got, after asking, a late checkout.

I arrived a couple of hours before the official check-in time and truly appreciated that my room was already ready. After a long drive, being able to check in early and rest before the festivities made a huge difference. The room itself was very clean, modern, and updated — exactly what you hope for in a hotel stay. The bed was comfortable, everything felt well maintained, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is excellent — very central within Windsor and literally steps from the U.S. border. It only took us about 20 minutes to get to Little Caesars Arena, including border crossing time, which was incredibly convenient. I’m giving four stars instead of five because of the breakfast experience. Our food took over an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, some of it was cold. It was clear the restaurant staff were overwhelmed and doing their best, but management should ensure there is adequate staffing during busy periods to avoid these delays. Aside from the breakfast issue, the stay was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to see improvements in the restaurant service.
