Hotel St-Denis

Rien ne m’a déplu.

Room was clean, staff were supportive. Air conditioner was working well. Everything was good but one thing I didn’t like that there was no drinking water in room as I checked in late night around 12 am. I was not able to go to counter again. Just this thing I don’t like but everything else was in perfect condition. I didn’t face any problem with checking in and out.

Stayed for 2 nights. Location excellent, bed comfortable, fluffy & sufficient number of towels, good toiletries. Microwave and water dispenser in lobby. Mini-fridge was cold, A/C worked. However, checked into room with bathtub faucet fully blasting & wasting water for several hours at least. The hairdryer unit wasn't secured to wall or installed properly, and came off with any usage of hairdryer. Toilet seat was a loose and rattled ominously when sitting on it. Did not use the Wi-Fi so not sure on speed. They did have extension cord tied to desk, which was very convenient. Also electrical plugs on side table lamps. The blackout drapes, blocked well enough, with sunlight leaking around top & sides. Wallpaper was peeling off at parts, and obviously furniture isn't new. Hallway noise was very audible. Elevator quite small anday not be fully accessible to those using wheelchairs or scooters. Overall, would stay again and for longer period, especially if you're planning to be out and about in the city. It's easily accessible by transit, and area is fairly safe.

The room was great. Clean. The staff was very helpful. Parking was available but it was hard to figure out how to get the car out in the morning. There were three hotel visitors all a bit confused about it. Finally called for assistance and it opened for us.

Old , but so clean!

Our room was super cute, comfortable and very clean! The hotel was all around perfect for our trip. Our absolute favorite thing about this hotel though was the location!! Being not even a full block away from the train was so perfect. There were bars and food all around and it was so convenient to get literally everywhere. This will be the first hotel I check every time we come back to the city.

The rooms were clean if a bit old and out of date, but overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable! Would stay there again.

Wonderful room with two very comfortable armchairs. Excellent location, paid and public parking, very close.

parking around the corner and easy to get to, elevator is convenient, hotel is old but clean, needed help with tv setup, but staff was available to set up

Great price, good location. Very clean

This hotel is as advertised. A clean, budget friendly hotel with amenities including a fridge and mini safe in room, ironing board, toiletries, coffee/tea but the machine is down in the lobby with water as well. Windows opened which was nice. Located near university buildings and dorms. Parking is in a garage around the corner and you pay there yourself. There is one small elevator. Staff were pleasant and spoke English as well. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Bien situé. Près du Théâtre l'Olympia. Beaucoup de restos à proximité. Quartier un peu bruyant, peu insonorisé. Propre et confortable.
