Great area

Very clean basic room, with a pretty uncomfortable desk chair. My bed was comfortable. Separate bathroom and toilet room; both clean. Spacious closet, but could have used more hangers.

Great location- close to subway & airport transit. Large room. Clean.

Great location

Room was very small but clean and bed was comfortable but other areas smelled musty. Whole property was very dated and in need of attention. Location was within walking distance of places of interest such as Notre-Dame Basilica and amazing historic architecture of old Montreal. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafe's too. Area immediately surrounding was a little sketchy and maybe not the most family friendly if you have young kids with you but, that being said, we felt safe walking around at night.

Basement area very cool (but never pointed out by staff). Rooms large and ok. Clean but dated. Beds are hard. Excellent location. Not much directly around hotel, mostly closed down shops, but in a great location overall and only a few blocks from key areas or Metro. Parking ok to drive into but a pain to get back into to get car.

Elevator is too narrow

The sofa bed in our room was stained and a little tattered (in need of replacement), but other than that, clean, friendly staff, comfortable room.

This is an older Hotel so don’t expect modern, but it keeps us coming back. Great location.Our room with a king bed was spacious, clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. Around the corner from the metro, where you can get to the Bell Centre in about 15 minutes.

Hotel was great. The outside need a bit of a touch up but the inside was clean and nice looking. The rooms are small but I knew that going in. Would go back in a heart beat.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the temperature was controllable, and the staff was attentive and helpful. The surrounding streets feel a little sketchy at night, but the whole area feels relatively safe. Easy walk to old Montreal and a bunch of restaurants/bars on St Denis. Indoor parking around the corner.

Rooms need a refresh but the beds and pillows are amazing.

The location for the east village and St Denis street is wonderful. The hotel is super clean rooms are a good size. Beds are comfortable and linen are great. Do not let the outside put off. The hotel is great . Front desk staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Remember this is no breakfast but there are many restaurants near by

Very convenient location. Good service in the hotel. Modetate price.

Nice older character building, no towel racks to hang bath or hand towels on, no soap holders or shelf to put shampoo or soap on in shower, no door or curtain on our walk in shower to stop water spraying on floor and ants coming out of the shower basin.

Room OK. Hallway carpet needs a major shampoo vacuuming of replacement altogether.
