Staff were kind, room was very clean. AC, fridge, coffee maker were much appreciated. Great location less than 5 min walk to the major metro hub. Reasonably priced. Water fountain, ice, and coffee available in the lobby. Definitely coming back

The hotel itself was clean. The neighborhood around it wasn’t a safe area. It was a walkable distance from old Montreal. The doors also didn’t have a chain lock. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price we paid, but if I were to do it again I would book a hotel in old Montreal.

Very helpful and approachable staff that arranged an early checkin and holding onto luggage after checkout. The room was well kept yet heating wasn’t fully on, and sink seemed to clog easily. The restaurant next door wasn’t ready during my stay so unclear if the included breakfast or room service added to my experience or would be minus one star. Hope to return at a warmer time of the year!

This hotel was affordable and in a great location - walking distance to so many great spots in Montreal and just a couple blocks from a Metro station. The staff was super helpful and let us check in to our room early, and the parking garage was very close by and very secure.

This hotel was in an ideal location. Very walkable. It is an old building but improvements are being made. Our room was large but it was very cool/cold temperature wise but other than that it was good stay. Bonuses: coffee and water in foyer and the games room in the basement. Also we were able to leave our bags after checkout in a secure lock up so we didn’t have to lug our bags with us until it was time to head to the airport.

Room was clean, staff were supportive. Air conditioner was working well. Everything was good but one thing I didn’t like that there was no drinking water in room as I checked in late night around 12 am. I was not able to go to counter again. Just this thing I don’t like but everything else was in perfect condition. I didn’t face any problem with checking in and out.
