Would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s beautifully decorated, the room was lovely, staff very helpful, great location right in upper Quebec old city. We stayed 3 nights and had VERY noisy neighbours on the Saturday night!! At 2am we had to call reception, they dealt with the situation very quickly and it was quiet after that. Would be great to have body wash inside the shower, there is just one by the sink, apart from that everything was great.

Our room offered beautiful views from ceiling to floor windows. Location was superb. Rooms serviced in the mornings and again at evening. Very strange setup of reception/check in on 7th floor with another set of elevators down the hall from reception area to rooms, pool, gym. But, the hall is all windows. Lovely! We would definitely stay here again. A restaurant and theater is attached. The setting of the restaurant is inviting. We did not eat there, but ordered food for take out. Our meal was disappointing, but with all the restaurants near by, we had wonderful food throughout our stay.
