We had a wonderful stay at the Capitole Hotel. The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool was fantastic—our family really enjoyed it. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay.
The only minor issue was that the TV had connection problems each evening, which made it a bit difficult to watch anything. Aside from that, everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This property has an excellent location with restuarants and shops a short walk away. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We were greeted with big smiles and our room had a bottle of bubbly waiting for us. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. It was impeccable clean. A staff member would stop our room late in the afternoon to offer us water bottle. The air conditioner works well always coming back to a cool room on warm summer days. Quebec City is stunningly beautiful, extremely clean, easily walkable and family friendly. We could not have chosen a better hotel for our family trip consisting of 4 adults, 2 seniors and 3 children. We had a marvelous time!

Would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s beautifully decorated, the room was lovely, staff very helpful, great location right in upper Quebec old city. We stayed 3 nights and had VERY noisy neighbours on the Saturday night!! At 2am we had to call reception, they dealt with the situation very quickly and it was quiet after that. Would be great to have body wash inside the shower, there is just one by the sink, apart from that everything was great.
