The hotel is superb. The reception lady staff on 7/F was very kind and welcoming when we arrived there at late night. The building's location is excellent, being easily accessible to old city's attractions and taxi station. The room was very clean and comfortable, elegant and efficient. My wife and I love the interior decorations. Travelers like us must try the hotel's street level outdoor restaurant to enjoy a good morning breakfast.

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean, the staffv was great and the hotel bar on NYE was incredible!

Yes, the room was spacious and the bartenders were fantastic. The place was very clean. The food was excellent love it. We’ll go again.

The hotel was nice - courteous people and the room was nice. The view is good and location is really good and convenient. The pool was okay - the one surprising thing was lack of towels for shower and pool. Check in process was also somewhat irritating that our room was ready after 4pm when we asked for possibly a bit earlier - anyway all things said was a good stay.

Room was great! Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The hotel and rooms were modern, updated, and beautiful. The lighting in the bathroom was great, but the lighting in the room was dim. Overall the hotel is great, but the people working there need ALOT of training on service. The front desk people we encountered were on the border of simply rude. The young lady that checked us in was not welcoming, just very transactional. If didn't ask, she wasn't offering. The young woman who checked us out was even worse, did not ask how our stay was, almost over- charged us for parking, and never even raised her head to make eye contact. They young men at valet were nice if you engaged with them but if you did not, they just ignored you. They didn't once go to hold a door or ask to help with anything, it was bizarre. Management needs to send ALL of their employees to a professional hotel/ service management training course. Again, the hotel and rooms are very spacious and beautiful, and the location is perfect, just outside the fort walls and a walk to everything you want to see and do.

Room was very nice, ideal size for a couple. We could have done with a bit more storage space in the bathroom. We didn't have too many interactions with the staff, but when we did they were very friendly and helpful. Christmas Day brunch in the Il Teatro restaurant was very nice.
