Nous sommes des habitués de cet hôtel mais malheureusement nous n’y retournerons plus… nous avions la chambre 209, pas le genre de chambre que nous sommes habitués de réserver mais c’est tout ce qui restait. Les lits étaient comme des planches de bois! À 714$ la nuit, ce n’est pas du tout le confort à lequel nous nous attendions!!! De plus, le bar le Clubby le service était horrible! Malgré que ce n’était pas occupé le service était très lent et le personnel froid et désagréable!

I was hoping the hotel would be extraordinary based on the pricing, location and five star rating. The front door is tucked away from the street and it is unclear how to access the valet parking. The front desk is on the 7th floor and then there is another bank of elevators down a long corridor to access the guestrooms. We were able to check in around 2-230pm which was greatly appreciated. The room however was underwhelming. It looked like any Hilton or Marriott hotel room which we could have booked at a fraction of the price. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a large bathroom (with what looked like a wheelchair accessible shower) but it lacked any "Quebec City Charm". We did not use but checked out the pool on the ninth floor. It was small and crowded and could have been better assigned as a hot tub. We had breakfast on day two. Food was very good but service very slow. They appeared well staffed but took about 10 minutes for a coffee. A server dropped a glass that shattered near us and glass hit my face and my husbands sweater. I had to point out shards of glass to the server to sweep up. At no time did a manager offer an apology nor any compensation for the inconvenience. Again, disappointing for a five star hotel. At checkout, the bill of another guest was presented to me after confirming my room number twice. The staff member was in training however a serious error as the guests room number and name were presented to me. Will not return.
