The staff surprised us with a thoughtful card and delicious dessert for our annniversary! The room was beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect - everything within walking distance. The relaxing couple’s massage was the perfect way to cap off the weekend!

There were some great aspects about the hotel - the location was amazing, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean. There were a few things, though, that I thought fell short for a 5-star hotel. First, the furniture was chintzy. I also didn’t expect to hear dogs barking and a metal concert (yes, apparently there’s a music venue there). It was a good hotel but the overall attention to detail of a great hotel was lacking (eg staff wearing dirty running shoes with their uniforms, concierge desk that was severely scratched, and elevator signs peeling away from the wall). For the price of this hotel, I expected more of the good things and less of the not-so-good.

Everything was so well with this hotel! Check in personnel were efficient and always greeted us each time we walked by the desk. Rooms were done everyday and had great storage. Louise the concierge, could answer everything we thru at her! Guys at the front entrance were very happy, friendly and super helpful! The bar was a quaint place to pop in for a drink with separate little patios to enjoy the view. However it needs more TV's!!!! Overall, it was the LOCATION! A 3 minute walk to shopping, bars, churches etc.

Our balcony room on the seventh floor was absolutely exquisite and well laid out. Breakfast and dinner meals were tasty and served promptly. All the staff were so friendly and went over and above to help us and direct us.
