Excellent small hotel in good location. Staff friendly and rooms nice. Breakfast was very good if not all that comprehensive, the waitress staff really went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, to the extent they made up a special meal for a lady on the next table to us. Compared to other accomodation in neighbourhood it was value for money. Toronto is very expensive for accomodation.

Excellent location, 3 blocks from Union Station. Many local bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the hotel restaurant. Very nice, spacious rooms with clean, modern bathrooms. I would definitely stay there again!

Overall, the stay at the hotel was very good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the pre check in made the arrival process almost instant. The room looked nice. In a few areas you could notice signs of recent renovation, but nothing that affected the comfort. There were no unpleasant smells. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and very bright. Bathrobes and slippers were provided upon request for the pool, which was a nice touch. At night it was quiet, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was quite limited and did not really match the level and location of the hotel, but overall it was acceptable.
