Everything about this hotel was great! The person at the front desk, I believe his name was sheriff, was so kind in taking my bags up to my room while I parked. The other gentleman on the desk was just as kind I didn’t get his name.

We always stay here when in Toronto to go to the theatre and St. Lawrence Market to stock up on fresh meat and bakery products. Location is great, walkable to a good choice of restaurants and the Distillery District, yet quiet and off on a side street away from the busy main streets. The buffet breakfast is fantastic and our favourite waitress, Anna, is always there to give us a hug and smile and comes to our table every few minutes to make sure we have hot coffee and everything we need. The hotel staff is super friendly, even the cleaning ladies! My husband and I love this hotel!
