I specifically booked a room with two double beds to ensure a comfortable stay, but upon arrival, I was informed that only a room with a king bed and a pull-out couch was available. I chose two beds for a reason, as pull-out couches are often uncomfortable. What was especially frustrating is that I had already prepaid for the room I selected, yet the hotel was unable to honor that reservation. The front desk explained that because I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t make any changes, which left me with no solution. As a result, I had a very poor night’s sleep. This experience was disappointing and not what I expected, especially after booking and paying in advance for a specific room type.

This place was awesome. I traveled with my wife and two little kids. We used the pool and purchased breakfast coupons ahead of time which was clutch. Parking onsite in the garage was easy as they have an elevator that takes you to the lobby. Went to a jays and leafs game. Very easy and safe walk.
