Well located good quality hotel, not far from Tiananmen and the Forbidden City; a five minute walk to the Wanfujing shopping strip (the building with the Apple Store has many restaurants on levels 5 & 6).
Pool and gym area is truly exceptional by any hotel standard anywhere. Bar is ok but very adequate. Service was efficient and friendly. Concierge lady was a delight, with excellent English.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at anywhere in the world.
The club lounge was fantastic with a special mention to Kelly and her team in the lounge. Totally professional, friendly, helpful and happy to assist us with all our queries.
Downstairs, Yina was amazing. She went out of her way to help us with our tours and also helped us getting a wheelchair organised for my mother for our trip from Beijing to Shanghai.
A wonderful hotel and would certainly stay there again.

I loved everything about the hotel very high-end in the middle of everything that’s going on in Beijing. Staff is amazing specially the concierge Ina. She is amazing. The only thing I did not like was the water stream in the shower very weak. I have better showers in the motel six.

The help I received from the Concierge was just incredible, cannot praise her enough. The help team that assisted with other issues were also wonderful. The room was superb, the only issue being the air-conditioning. It was far too hot and couldn't be turned down.
