The help I received from the Concierge was just incredible, cannot praise her enough. The help team that assisted with other issues were also wonderful. The room was superb, the only issue being the air-conditioning. It was far too hot and couldn't be turned down.

The staff were so accommodating and attentive, from helping us arrange a car service from the airport to helping us when our room was hot. They really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible
