It’s international breakfast with Chengdu local selection for RMB149. Food taste is ok. Room is clean & the service is on the spot. Staffs were helpful especially Zoey who assisted us in trying to find nearest hospital & laundry services. She still remembered that I injured knees badly and asked if I did feel better not. Only bad side is not too near to the metro station, bed is too soft. Just a short distance to chunxi road. I like their pool which is very comfortable and not crowded

The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and the overall service was excellent. The manager stationed in the lobby was also very helpful and approachable. However, the check-in staff were just average—most came across as more “cool” than welcoming.

My expectations for a 5-star hotel are significantly higher than for other hotels. The front desk staff is okay, but it doesn’t create a warm welcoming atmosphere. The room phone requires pressing ‘0’ for service, but this isn't clearly indicated. I ended up using my mobile to contact the service instead.
