Breakfast variety is good . Thanks to concierge staff who helped us to arrange transportation to airport in early hours of the day . And special thanks to the two concierge staff on duty around 5am who made an effort to verify the corresponding booking and driver’s identity for our safety sake .

酒店已經舊了。 早餐選擇不多。 服務到位。 只是房間比較舊。性價比不高。

Hotel interiors need a bit of updating

房間整潔設備齊全，服務很好，酒店有健身室和泳池

Aircon for the first room is malfunction, then we change the room. When we take the new room card, the attitude of the front staff is awful. They hurry us to pack our luggage to move to new room because they want to sell the room to other customer. We wonder they don't care about customers ' feeling and satisfaction. Outdoor temperature is over 40 degrees but they still sell the room without fixing the aircon. It is a management issue. The second room conditions is not good and dated. Room size is huge but not optimise. Waste a lot of space for nothing. Cloth closet is unreasonably small.

酒店雖然有點舊，但都算乾淨衛生。酒店管家服務很好，地點方便。 房間有煙既氣味，管家也即刻處理，謝謝各位員工既幫助

Location is good. Room is spacious. Decorations are old but acceptable.

酒店環境舒適整潔清靜。步行10 分鐘到春熙路和太古里，非常方便，不用地鐵也可以暢游成都時尚區。惟酒店早餐失色。

We made a holiday trip to Chengdu to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. I informed the hotel and they decorated the room for me. Thanks a lot.

房間面積相當大，環境舒適！ 雖然硬體設備（電視畫質、吹風機外型）沒有新穎現代感，電視遙控器有點不靈敏，但整體住起來很舒適。浴巾若能再澎鬆點就更好了。 床和枕頭非常舒服，相當喜歡。 早餐種類非常多，同事們都很滿意。 地理位置也好，離商圈近。

房间设备略显老旧，餐饮服务选择有限，早上自助餐那个老大姐服务意识不够。总体离5星还是有距离。

當晚好夜先至去到酒店，職員送我上房嘅時候問我使唔使飲杯熱牛奶去房間，知道我肚餓，仲配多咗多啲曲奇餅。最後仲請咗一位旅女管家去拎嘢食俾我，10分細心

酒店員工親切友善，服務貼心。酒店位置中央，到景點非常方便。但我認為酒店的環保意識不足夠，房間裏沒有環保的選擇。期待日後可以讓旅客選擇是否每天都要換毛巾及其他環保的選項。
