로비 직원들이 친절하고 영어로 소통이 가능합니다. 시설이 조금 낡았지만 가격대비 훌륭한 시설과 서비스였습니다. 조식도 다른 세인트레지스 점보다는 부족하지만 청두의 다른 호탤들과 비교했을 때 괜찮은 편입니다. 다만 버틀러는 검정코트에 젊은 남자들인데 영어로 소통이 안되고 담배냄새가 많이 났습니다.

It was amazing experience. We arrived midnight, Adam helped us to register very easily. And they offered 300 points to get free breakfast of my daughters. My daughter forgot ear ring and ring, but they sent an e mail to get them. Swimming pool was great and food was nice.We also enjoyed free WiFi in the room. Definitely I will stay there again!

호텔이 한 층의 면적은 생각보다 넓지 않지만 고층 호텔임. 아침 조식이 상대적으로 고급이지는 않았음. 호텔안에 좋은 음식점이 있으면 좋겠음.

Property was excellent with exceptional service. Breakfast caters for all palates. Staff are extremely efficient and attentive. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms. Both rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Highly recommended.

This was the first time ever we stayed at St Regis, it was the best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed! the staff were so friendly sometimes I felt I troubled them too much, they were very cordial, catered to our every request, always with a polite smile even though we ran into them in the hallway, our cleaning lady Ms Tang was so nice, with a big smile and did a terrific job everyday to keep our suite clean. The hotel is in a perfect location for us, it is closed to everything yet not in the middle of the crowds and noisiness. The facility is up to date, nicely decorated. I especially loved the pool, the water is so clean, temperature is just right, staff is friendly and polite. I enjoyed swimming every morning. We stayed there for 2 weeks, definitely will return when we next visiting Chengdu.

It was a nice stay..

Rooms were nicely appointed and had views of the Chengdu. Very centrally located to local restaurants and shopping.

Arrived late and wanted to order in room dining. Had to call multiple times. Ordered Ginger tea with lemon and specifically told to put honey on the side. It got delivered after 20 mins as cold and full of honey.

Nous avons passé 12 jours dans ce luxueux et magnifique hôtel. Tout était remarquable, à tous points de vue, et l’ensemble du personnel était parfait. Nous avons même eu des démonstrations d’ouverture de bouteille de champagne au sabre par les majordomes, et Jerry est celui qui a fait la plus belle prestation, avec le plus de prestance et de maestria. Il m’a appris comment « sabrer le champagne » et permis de prendre part à la cérémonie, un fantastique souvenir. Par ailleurs, Jerry nous a apporté une aide précieuse à plusieurs reprises et donné des informations avec professionnalisme et gentillesse, et il a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable. Son anglais est excellent.

Breakfast variety is good . Thanks to concierge staff who helped us to arrange transportation to airport in early hours of the day . And special thanks to the two concierge staff on duty around 5am who made an effort to verify the corresponding booking and driver’s identity for our safety sake .
