Amazing staff! From handling our packages to assisting us with local apps, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful, making our stay exceptional. After I had left something behind at the hotel, they kindly offered to send it back and kept in touch to ensure the best way to return it. Such kind and amazing people! A special thanks to Steven 吴一超 for his excellent service. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The staff at W were extremely helpful and courteous. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. The food was delicious

From the moment I arrived, checkin and checkout, staff are extremely helpful. I really thankful for the counter staff who provided me the information on nearest place got dim sum. He advised that in my next stay, I can tell them to put something on that the mattress as it is too soft for me.

Every thing was great. However, you can’t close the bathroom doors perfectly as it has a considerable gap that affects your privacy. Don’t share the room with someone.

Every time I visit Guangzhou I stay at the W. The staff is excellent. They are high quality professionals. The tall German director is especially helpful and very professional. I cant say enough about the staff. The hotel is very clean and quiet. I will always look for the W wherever I stay.

Overall stay was good ~ I did have an accident during my stay at the hotel which resulted in a visit to the hospital emergency department and the staff at the hotel could not have been anymore helpful ~ excellent.
