호텔 객실내는 청결하고 넓어서 사용하기 좋았음. 특급호텔의 비해 직원들 복장, 태도는 아쉬움이 남음 조식 메뉴도 맛있었음.

호텔 서비스는 맘에 들고, 음식도 맛있었습니다. 모든 메뉴가 가능하면 바로 조리해서 원하는 종류로 나오는게 맘에 들었습니다. 다만 엘리베이터 내부가 너무 어둡고, 일부 현지인들이 엘레베이터 안이나, 기다리는 문앞에서 흡연을 하는건 비호감이였습니다.

룸 컨디션 좋았구요! 아래에 클럽(?)이 있어서 혹 시끄럽진 않을까 걱정했는데,, 소음은 하나도 안들렸구요. 직원분들도 모두 친절하셨어요! 뭘 살 만한 곳은 많이 없고, 편의점은 왼쪽으로 좀 가시면 2개 정도 있었어요~

First time staying here. Location was good. The only thing disappointing is the breakfast. For such a big lux hotel the breakfast was rather disappointing..

The room smells horrible, and the room is dirty and sticky on the floor. Our whole family after shower got eye infection immediately, the shower head must be contaminated. The staffs are very confused, so the check in process is very messy. Cant believe this for a 5 star hotel

My stay at the **W Guangzhou** was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's stunning design—modern, luxurious, and full of vibrant energy. The rooms were beautifully appointed with high-end amenities, and the skyline views were breathtaking. What truly set this hotel apart was the **incredible staff**, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. A special shout-out to **Clark**, who was an absolute hero during my visit. When I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, Clark sprang into action, coordinating with the driver and ensuring its safe return. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication were truly outstanding. Beyond that, every interaction with the team was warm and welcoming, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. The dining options were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was both chic and comfortable. If you're looking for a **5-star experience with heart**, the W Guangzhou is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Modern, eclectic, sensorial and fun

My stay at the W was disappointing and fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, we checked in and we were given a room with a strong cigarette odor, though staff promptly moved us after we complained. The hotel’s eclectic design—an odd mix of modern and traditional—was poorly executed, with dim lighting throughout, except in the breakfast area. Several areas, including hallways and the elevator, showed signs of neglect, such as peeling walls. The elevator featured a bizarre video of painted lips synced to sensual music, creating an uncomfortable, brothel-like atmosphere. The breakfast was subpar, offering limited options, and hygiene was a concern—a staff member sneezed openly near the food. One night, I found a dying cockroach in the bathroom, and although cleaners had serviced the room by the time we returned the next day, the insect remained until I reported it again. Housekeeping was generally lazy, failing to remove room service leftovers or properly dust. The bathtub and fixtures were also in poor condition. Overall, the experience did not match the price point and left much to be desired.
