Nice size clean room in a great location. Can walk to old town. Three blocks away from Copenhagen station to get you to other places in town or out of town to other sites. Staff was great and welcoming

This hotel is clean, comfortable and close to everything. It is a walkable city and the subway is across the street. It is a busy, city location. I felt very safe here. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was so good.

We have been informed via e-mail that if we would like to room cleaning, we should have tell a night before until 10 pm. We have requested room cleaning while we check in for next day, but nobody showed up. When we asked about it to reception they told us the staff is already gone. They offered us that they can help by thr self, and we had the towels. The thing is it is amazing to not have staff, also it is amazing that even if you hang the sign for cleaning, they don’t do if you didn’t request a day before. (Even we requested, they forgot) Alao there is a lounge if you are eligible. When we visited the lounge on 30.08, there are very rare guests. Many tables were empty, but none of tables were available to sit. All dirty dishes were in all tables and there were no staff.

Quite disappointed. Although the location is great, there is a lot missing to warrant a four star category. AC in their rooms don’t work well, cleanliness a mess in breakfast room, request of two beds in room not granted. Received no upgrade or offer of such for Elite status. Property asked me to cancel my Expedia reservation and rebook with them directly with no additional perks offered (?).
