The Square is in the heart of the Copenhagen. Metro is right there to use to go to airport. I just wish the room was a tad bigger but it’s ok. Recommend to anyone.

The room was clean, quiet, modern, and had a comfortable bed. The pillows were terrible and I thought the shower/tub combination could be difficult to navigate for anyone with even minor mobility issues. The tub was narrow and slightly elevated. The location was close to many of the major tourist sites and relatively close to the airport. We were only at this hotel for one day after a Baltic Cruise, and the staff was friendly and they took care of our luggage until check-in while we explored the town. We spent four days in Copenhagen in total and look forward to coming back and if we do, we will look into staying at The Square Hotel again.

The hotel was in a good location and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit tatty but clean. The view was not great out of the window - looking out on a neighbouring building and emergency exit, The provided toiletries were lovely and having a smart tv so you could log into Netflix was welcome. I can’t really comment on staff as our interaction was minimal as we did everything through the AeroGuest app. I would recommend but feel the room was somewhat dated.

We stayed for 3 nights and were disappointed with the executive lounge on the first night, for which we had paid extra. Wine and beer were available, but the snacks had been depleted and not replenished. Also on the first and second nights, our room number was not verified to see if we should be in the lounge. Other than the availability of wine and beer, I’m not sure it is worth paying extra for the lounge.

Great location, but the hotel allows guests to smoke at the entrance / exit of the hotel. Everytime you enter / exit the hotel, you get a face full of smoke. Hotel needs to address this with a different designated smoking area. My only negative.

Hotel location is good. Close to radhusplasen metro and Tivoli gardens. It feels like the hotel is deliberately set up to have minimal staff engagement. The key on your phone for the room and a separate one for the lift was a hassle. Too many clicks to open a door or get the lift moving. It was much better with a plastic key card.

The location is excellent, very close to the train station, and the hotel itself looks new and is very clean. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. Several things made the stay uncomfortable. The TV in the room did not work. A technician came to check the cables, but said the problem could not be fixed that day. The bathtub drain could not be closed, so it was impossible to use it. The room also lacked practical amenities. There was not a luggage rack, so suitcases had to stay on the floor even though there was enough space in the room. There was also no place to put toiletries in the shower and the quloity of the toiletries offered was not the best. The breakfast was average, but the organization was quite chaotic. To make a simple coffee and toast with butter, you had to go to three different tables in the middle of a crowded and confusing setup. Everything seemed randomly placed, and there was no staff available to guide guests or help. If you only need a place to stay for one night close to the train station, this hotel may be a convenient option. However, if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay, I would not recommend it.

Really enjoyed this hotel for it's locations which is close to the train station and subway and shopping area and especially close to a great breakfast restaurant called ¢12. The hotel also has a lounge which opens in the afternoon to the evening has all the wine beer coffee and tea and good snacks. the hotel room also is bigger than the other hotel which we stayed in before, it has room for my two big suitcase.

This hotel is perfectly located close to the train station, metro, and central Copenhagen. We enjoyed a nice view of the plaza. The room and bathroom were well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The towels were thick and absorbent. It was nice having a small table and two chairs. There is a tiny fridge, just big enough for a narrow water bottle. I'm not sure why it was so small, but it worked for us. The lobby is comfortable and we had access to the lounge, where we could have snacks and drinks. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave good recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.
