We did enjoy almost everything they had to offer, except no hot snacks,they could do with some extra hot food.

Quite disappointed. Although the location is great, there is a lot missing to warrant a four star category. AC in their rooms don’t work well, cleanliness a mess in breakfast room, request of two beds in room not granted. Received no upgrade or offer of such for Elite status.
Property asked me to cancel my Expedia reservation and rebook with them directly with no additional perks offered (?).

I had the option of checking in 4 hours early in a first floor room with no view, or waiting and getting a room with a view. I opted to check in early knowing I was going to do a lot of sightseeing. It's close to a Metro station and to the grand central station. I was upgraded to a double bed but I didn't necessarily feel like a VIP. I had some delicious beers at the bar and relaxed in the lounge area after a full day of walking. That was cool

**Great Stay with Amazing Staff**
We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff were super helpful and friendly.
Big shout out to Stephan who was fantastic - so friendly and genuinely went out of his way to make our stay great. It’s rare to find someone who goes that extra mile.
Would definitely stay here again. Great combination of comfort and staff who actually care.

メトロの駅からが非常に便利でした。メトロを使って観光もし易かったです。
たまたま市庁舎前でイベントがあってかなり賑やかでした。
ホテルの設備もよくて、客室にシャワーだけでなく浴槽もありましたが、残念なことにシャンプーが置かれてなかったです。
朝食が素晴らしく、とても美味しかったです。

Assez décevant pour plusieurs raisons : 1) pas d'obscurité complète dans la nuit et la distribution de masques pour les yeux est un bricolage insatisfaisant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. 2) Le ménage laisse sérieusement à désirer. Il a fallu que je le demande chaque jour systématiquement et c'était toujours bâclé. 3) Il manque un sèche-cheveux, un fer à repasser et d'autres petits accessoires présents dans tous les hôtels de cette catégorie. 4) La présence d'une bouteille de vin à l'extérieur sur la table du minibar, est une manœuvre ambiguë. Dans certains hôtels, c'est un geste de bienvenue, offert par l'hôtel : c'est donc ce que j'ai pensé. Or, on m'a facturé lourdement cette bouteille au titre du minibar, alors que ce n'était pas dans le minibar. C'est un peu l'arnaque dans cet hôtel. Le point ultra-positif, vraiment excellent, c'est son emplacement. Pour le reste, c'est médiocre et devrait être amélioré.
