Great Hotel in a good location. We had an issue with our tv not working but staff acted quickly and we chose not to move rooms for our 1 night stay. Good breakfast with plenty to choose from.

I am a property manager over seeing 40 high end holiday homes. I was very impressed with how clean, tidy and nicely presented the rooms, & hotel itself were.
Lots of very thoughtful touches.
The staff were all fantastic, smart, neat, very polite, knowledgeable, quick and attentive.
We were very impressed.
The food was also great! 10/10 for that Ginger Beef!
We have never stayed at a Doubletree Hilton before. We were thinking it would be more Premier Inn - Travelodge, but it really was so much more.
We plan to stay here more often on our trips to London.
Plenty of secure car parking (£14.50 per day) - and an easy walk to Ealing Broadway to the tube and straight onto London. A great experience.

We didn’t notice at the time but pretty horrible to discover that the bed closest to the window had a blood stain on the sheets. Clearly they weren’t changed or if they were and that’s a stain that won’t come out then they just should be used. Poor from the house keeping staff

The room was okay, and the from desk provided welcome double tree cookies. The location was convenient and the parking was reasonably priced. However, the room lights was flickering. Since we checked in in the midnight, we didn’t request a room change, but next morning we found the bath towels was dirty.
