Everything was amazing. Great room, great staff, the restaurant and bar serve very affordable and quality food and drinks. The location is good, close to 2 stations that can connect you to the city center and relatively close to the airport. I loved the location because the neighbourhood is tranquil but there are good shops and restaurants around. Whenever I’m back to London, I know exactly where I’m staying.

Staff were great from the moment we arrived. However, on our final day I noticed my sweatshirt was missing from our room. We reported this to reception thinking it may have been picked up with our dirty towels the previous day, however there was no note made and nothing was found. Apart from losing an item; we enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were quite small but it suited what we needed.

Decent stay however some minor issues were not adequately addressed by staff including a faulty AC in 1 room and a leaky coffee maker that we were advised would be replaced on 3 different dates but never was. I’d look for another hotel nearby in future.

Air conditioner in the room kept 23.5-24 degrees, but you cannot feel any cool air flow, the staff said it is normal because of hear waves and always like this. (i choose hotel with air-conditioning because of the heat waves!) and staff offered me a fan. The refrigerator in the room was not working (not cold and no light) the staff said it is normal and always like this. And next day it was cold and with light on. And on third day it became not cold again and the light kept fleshing (on and off in every second)… if you dont mind the air-conditioning not working and you don’t need anything to keep in refrigerator, you can choose this hotel. But me, definitely NOT.

Terrible customer service skills. This room was booked in error- i booked it for May accidently and should have been June. No customer service skills to return my message or help me make the amends i needed, i have ended up out of pocket instead. I just think a bit of kindness goes a long way and you went out of your way to be unhelpful which is such a shame. I still have to book rooms for June and i will be looking for another hotel because you really disappointed me with your lack of help.
