no complimentary bottle of water on 2nd day, aircon cannot be adjusted

The breakfast was really great and we enjoyed a lot; Location is convenient about 15 min by walk from station; room is clean and tidy just the bathroom a bit small than we expected.

Friendly staff , easy walking distance to train station, facilities quite old.

Below was my complain to hotel but it’s feedbacks not up to expectations

The overall experience is good, the hotel is clean and nice. The toilet and washroom is a bit small. Breakfast is very good.

Clean and comfortable bed, air conditioning is good. Car park just next to hotel main building, but need to pay. Ealing Common station only 5 minutes walk.

Though it’s a bit far from zone 1, it’s still a good choice for its serenity and cozy environment. Room is small but everything is fine. Clean and tidy, thanks maid for making the room so clean. Affordable value with good return of quality. Worth recommendations.

The lobby and restaurant area is nice, the room is very average and it’s noisy at night, the bed and pillows were also not comfy

Early check in was very smooth and appreciated. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were extremely pleasent and very helpful. The food was amazing. Would definately stay there again next time im in london. Very very close to the tube with ample parking available. Absolutely brilliant

Terrible customer service skills. This room was booked in error- i booked it for May accidently and should have been June. No customer service skills to return my message or help me make the amends i needed, i have ended up out of pocket instead. I just think a bit of kindness goes a long way and you went out of your way to be unhelpful which is such a shame. I still have to book rooms for June and i will be looking for another hotel because you really disappointed me with your lack of help.

Make sure rooms are working to a standard expected from the Hilton i had no heating system The toilet had urine around the seat There were no amenities available water and coffee

Very friendly and cooperative staff at reception epecially Lili and Gifty.

Loved the stay. Room are big by UK standard. But super small for normal people 😂😂
