DoubleTree by Hilton London - Ealing

We didn’t notice at the time but pretty horrible to discover that the bed closest to the window had a blood stain on the sheets. Clearly they weren’t changed or if they were and that’s a stain that won’t come out then they just should be used. Poor from the house keeping staff

The room was okay, and the from desk provided welcome double tree cookies. The location was convenient and the parking was reasonably priced. However, the room lights was flickering. Since we checked in in the midnight, we didn’t request a room change, but next morning we found the bath towels was dirty.

Yes perfect. Kante who served us was exceptional. Such a polite and friendly member, charming. Nice ot be greeted with such warmth.

A Decent stay, although the room was smaller than expected. The Duvet was really heavy to sleep in too, but overall satisfactory.

The room was really small, me and my husband kept bumping into each other. We asked for an upgrade, but nothing was available. We asked for our room to be serviced after our 1st night, but it wasn’t, I had to go back down to reception to ask for fresh towels as no one was answering the phone. We never had milk tea or coffee replenished, so my husband had to go to reception and ask for it. The waste on the sink was stuck. We had a 5 minute warning before they removed the breakfast buffet. The coffee tasted awful.

the shower head is very good with strong water flow. The room is very clean.

Enjoyable stay. Excellent breakfast. Will be back. But some softer pillows would be appreciated.

You needed better lighting around the property. Your receptionist desk was terrific, but you required clear instructions or information about the restaurant, the laundry team, and your guest. Times and menu, what they were serving, and when they would stop. They had hours for a late-night snack from 10 pm to 6 am. I called the number, but no one answered. I fell asleep that night without a meal. Please have instructions, menu, and hours listed clearly. Secondly, the warmer for the eggs does not work. Every morning, it was cold when I got it to my plate. Please check the equipment. Staff and breakfast were accommodating and friendly at times. I did enjoy my stay, but please make some changes. It would be invaluable if you had a shuttle to the airport and back to the Hotel. I want to thank Ms. Fatima and Mr Kai for making my stay enjoyable and helpful. Thank you to them.

Room was immaculate, very comfy bed and nice en-suite.

Just a 1 night stay for my birthday and found the hotel had left out a cad, a bottle of wine and a chocolate brownie. A nice touch 👍. Hotel is ideal for transport into central London with Ealing Common tube station only 100 metres from the hotel and the hotel has its own car park which was £14.50. On thing was Hotels.com price was £296, whereas when I checked Double Tree Hilton’s own website it was only £217 with breakfast included. So if anyone reads this check the price with the hotel directly before Hotels.com cancellation date for a better deal.

Great place to stay

I do like this hotel for convenience to tube and Ealing area.On this trip unfortunately the air con didnt work and nothing could be done by the hotel.
