Excellent stay. Clean comfortable rooms. Spacious for European hotels. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Even gave us water on a hot day! In the centre of town walkable to all sights, restaurants, etc. On a busy road with restaurants etc but worth the stay.

Great hotel in a convenient and busy area of the city centre. Very comfortable, attentive staff, great amenities and the shower was SO nice. I was visiting during a really busy time in Oxford, so my room was street facing and I could hear some noise from the street outside, but that's to be expected in this area. Don't let it keep you from booking here, you will be so pleased that you did.

Good room - sheets, towels, bed, lighting etc fine, nice decor, spacious. Excellent shower. hotel has no restaurant, bar, sitting room, gym or other facilities beyond the room Room was missing many small essentials appropriate for this class and price level hotel eg, no fridge, no coffee maker, no conditioner in shower, no bathroom vanity kit, no wine glasses or nice drinks tumblers, and for a hotel without any restaurant or bar, no snacks or minbar items available at reception. These things are all easily fixed cheaply, and should be. Staff do not greet guests when they walk past reception - noted multiple times.
