The room was too cold and not so clean for the days we stayed at the hotel and staff was not so helpful as we expected . I stayed at the same place last year and it was great however this time the experience was different because of poor service.

Clean rooms, nice staff, bit over the top when addressing you. Booked a twin accessible room but when we got to the hotel it was made up as a double and we were asked to leave the room whilst they turned it into a twin. This process to some 45 minutes. My believe is that my dad at least should have been offered a complimentary drink.
