Good condition with friendly staffs. Great location to the mall

Loved the Sky bar views

There is as a smell of sewage in my bathroom when I first arrived and my TV didn’t work. Reported both in the evening when I noticed TV issue, after getting in from visiting friends but when I did, received no apology or appreciation it wasn’t acceptable from person on desk. In fairness an offer to send maintenance to fix TV was made, but as it was approaching 10:30 I declined as it was late (I was really wanting them to be aware of issues). Once I said this I got an “oh” message in response and then then a shrug shoulders attitude, no attempt was made to log the issue. I received an apology for situation when I re reported it as I was checking out, but I won’t be staying here again. It’s a shame as this was my 2nd visit to the hotel and my first visit experience was positive.

Good location. Lovely view from the restaurant with breakfast, good selection and great service with breakfast. Would have loved a better quality coffee with breakfast!! Loads of options in a short distance for food. Staff could have been slightly friendlier. £10 for parking in the multi storey next door.

Room was clean, nice big bed, shower head not rainfall effect due to limescale, staff helpful on reception, housekeeping extremely polite and welcoming, pillows way too soft and flat (personal reference) walls very thin, paid parking hard to find a space but manageable. I would say its a 3 star hotel

The quick check in and the service

The room was fairly clean, and very large, but very drab. It was like a Holiday Inn Room that wanted to be a high-end fancy hotel. The location is OK, there isn't much to do in Milton Keynes. It's right next to a huge mall, but it's hard to walk from the mall to the hotel, unless you have a great sense of direction. GPS is not helpful with wayfinding, and all the Uber drivers had trouble finding it. Breakfast however was the best I had in all of England and Ireland. And the views from the restaurant are spectacular.

Clean room, great staff, amazing amenities, beautiful hotel

Lovely hotel and staff very friendly. A few slight issues with the room but quickly resolved.

This place was great when it first opened, really top tier. We stayed about 8 months ago and there were buckets in reception as clearly there was a leak. This weekend, still there. The quality of the rooms is not where it was, bottom of the doors are chipped, grime around the seals in the bathroom. The bar on the top floor is the same story, standards have just slipped. It’s such a shame as it was a great place to stay and was just a higher standard than other hotels in the area, but it’s not worth the extra money anymore. A real let down.

Beautiful room, nice and refined. Comfy bed, really good bathroom layout too. Has a “sense” of luxury. Central location so good access to food places and few bits and bobs to do - bowling, arcade, bit of shopping. Would stay here again if I needed to pass through the area.

was okay toothpaste marks in my water glass when checking in. all a little bit clinical no soul.
