Dining experience was very nice and the staff was professional and very helpful. Directional instructions for Uber drop off was confusing so you may want to see how that can be improved for ease of guest arrival. Thanks

5 stars but really needs a refurb

Hello. The overall stay was ok but while checking out the staff asked for outstanding balance of $20 for the dinner, when I never had dinner in the hotel. Of course I was not charged for it but its important to avoid mix ups. Thanks

The room was fine. I booked a room with a King bed but found it was two singles pushed together which was very annoying. The shower was also weak. It was relatively clean but really pretty basic.

Clean and a good size room, bed comfy enough and large. Air conditioning worked well. Cannot comment on breakfast as did not have. This is our second stay here, and would stay again.

Disabled friendly. Bedroom Door had two peep holes, taking into consideration wheelchair and small people. Light fitting and plug sockets were also taken into account. Plus the bathroom was set up as a wet room, including a high raise toilet. For security reasons you had a safe in your room, found inside a cupboard. Your key would only allow access to the floor were your room was. Plus the top floor for restaurant and bar. Ground floor for gym. The hotel was sound proof. You can order room service between 10 pm and 6am. They have a small menu to choose from. Minimum fee is £20. You pay as you order. Only set back is the hotel works on card payment only. So allow for this when you’re staying there. Usually when I stop in a hotel, I fine it difficult to sleep. This time I find the bed very comfortable and I felt rested the next day.

Great hotel, excellent location. The views from the bar/restaurant were fantastic. Rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable had a great couple of night sleep.

The reception staff (lady in the morning staff) was extremely rude and unhelpful.

A thoroughly modern and spotless hotel with a stunning restaurant view. Staffs were nice and helpful. The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver during the summer heatwave! My only constructive feedback is that the gym facilities are quite basic and could benefit from more equipment. Additionally, the shower pressure in the bathroom was rather weak. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of areas for improvement.
