Very friendly staff and clean room. Could have done with a couple of chairs in the room. Had to sit on the bed.

Loved the stay. Staff were amazing, really friendly and a credit to Ibis. The rooms were nice and overall I enjoyed my stay. The only negatives were the water pressure, shower temperature issues, and very hard pillows. But apart from that a very pleasant stay and would love to return.

Staff at reception very warm and welcoming. Housekeeping very efficient. Breakfast was really good. Would stay again.

We had a great few days away after a couple of days at our church conference in Derbyshire. It was a shame they didn’t give clean cups everyday and they forgot to leave a clean shower. Didn’t realise til I was having a shower. Overall it is still a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

Room overlooking entrance and smoking area, noisy with people talking into early hours. Children running up and down corridors making lots of noise. Breakfast was limited, majority of items not being replaced so no sausages, fresh fruit, or bread available. Not enough staff to deal with the numbers of people. They were trying their best but struggled with demands.

We had to have our kettle changed because the kettle was unsafe and not carrying a safety compliance certificate,the replacement kettle had a safety certificate on it but did not turn off when up to temperature.

Room was great, modern, clean and great value. Advertised 24hour room service but when we tried to order something at 10.30pm it wasn’t possible as the receptionist said she was working by herself so couldn’t leave the reception.

Nice break here thx. The room key didn't work so I had to get staff to come up every time I wanted to get into my room, but they were very nice and sorted it quickly

Check in was welcoming, parking great and easily accessible. Room was large, spacious and bright. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Only problem was at night time staff seemed rushed and stressed trying to man the bar and reception. Then when ordering food most items not available. Then once ordered and paid for food was told items now not available with no offer of refund. Only asked what else we wanted even though there was no other options left as basically the entire menu was unavailable.

This hotel is great value for money and is very clean and comfortable. Staff are really friendly and breakfast is good. Showers are excellent. Well situated just off Jn 37 of M1. Free parking. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was excellent clean, amenities and products are very good quality. I did feel though the service for members could be improved slightly. The website advertised free bottled water in rooms for guests but there was none and complementary welcome drink for new members but this wasn't offered.

A friendly smile of welcome with a brief explanation of all facilities and meal timings. Checked the car in and given directions to our room.
Room was clean and modern. Everything that was supposed to work, did so. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful. Breakfast had a good selection of fruits, cereals and cooked food. Juices, tea and coffee available and all well stocked. We are planning to return in November.
