I have been to London many times and this is the first experience landing at another hotel next to the one I use to stay. The hotel was quite new and awesome, near to the train station, reachable halal food and everything was good as its walking distance to most places of interest in London City.

After returning home we're realizing that we're praising this hotel every time we tell our friends about our trip. We had a family room with a kitchenette; plenty of room and even a view of the city. We used the laundry room in the basement and it worked well. Basically across the street from North Lambeth underground station (Bakerloo/South) sort of outside the busy area. Some food options right outside the hotel, and also a supermarket, ATM etc. It's close to a hospital so we did hear sirens near the hotel but I can't remember if we heard that in the room. Definitely a go-to option next time.

Suite room was clean and comfortable - kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, cups, pots and pans. Staff very helpful. Area around the hotel is safe and very convenient - right downstairs is Pret A Manger, and a Sainsbury next to it. A few steps from the Lambeth North tube.

When we arrived at our room we discovered that the room is being made only once in 2 days and changing of leaneans only once every 4 days. If the guest wants the room to be cleaned every day they have to ask it 24 hours in advance! As we arrived only for 2 nights we did not have period of 24 hours in advance. In addition Mobile phones has no reception inside the hotel and there is no telephone in the room. The only way to reach the hotel stuff is via chat. Overall a disappointing choice for us.

The room we stayed in is quite appreciably spacious , but the idea of not having an in house desk phone service was very strange and akward to us . Also l think they needed to have more personal items such as wash towels for guests

Great location, walkable, and nice rooms! They charge c. $30 for early check in, which is unfortunate given the number of overseas travelers.

Nice enough place in a good location with some truly wonderful and helpful staff. The room was a bit rough around the edges (scuffed walls, scratched wood, etc.) and amenities I’d expect (e.g. hand soap) were absent. Clean on the surface, but it was dust city beneath the bed and the couch. Cheap and uncomfortable sofa bed. What was truly off putting was all the nickel-and-diming, like £20 to check in early even when our room was ready and an astounding £30 for a one hour late checkout. Comes across as cheap. I think I’d pass on another stay.

I like the hotel location, its about 10 minutes walking distance to the Big Ben and the London Eye. I also liked that theres many restaurants near by with different options. What I didn’t like was when I checked in the guy who assisted me upgraded my room with extra fees to come to find out my friends who checked in got the same view and a bigger room without any extra upgraded fees. I thought the worker was doing his job and had the best interest for the customers but I felt scammed. The shower and bathroom could have been cleaner.

It’s a decent stay. Very good location and quick walks to multiple underground and above ground stations, restaurants, pubs, cafes and stores. Staff were always very kind. Rooms were ok, pretty tight and not overly updated. Bed certainly needed upgrading. Overall a good stay though - location was the best for the price point.
