I have been to London many times and this is the first experience landing at another hotel next to the one I use to stay. The hotel was quite new and awesome, near to the train station, reachable halal food and everything was good as its walking distance to most places of interest in London City.

The room was very clean and had everything you need. I would highly recommend staying there. It’s easy to get to all the attractions in London. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is centrally located and close to everything. Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Trafalgar Square are all within walkable distance. The rooms are small, and there are times when the air conditioning would go off. Given the heat wave, it would disrupt sleep, especially between 4-5 am. One could request for the air conditioning to not be turned off, which we did for one of the nights, but it still did turn off at 4 am. That was the major negative aspect of our stay.

Staff was very helpful. We went to eat in the dining area and the bartender tried to push the pizza on us. Several things on the menu were not available. We ended up ordering sweet and sour chicken and vegetables which tasted like they were frozen and microwaved. Apparently they had no cook. The bartender tried to get my husband to drink a Coors beer saying that's was my husband's beer since we were from the States. The air conditioning kept turning off so we were sweating all night.
