I have been to London many times and this is the first experience landing at another hotel next to the one I use to stay. The hotel was quite new and awesome, near to the train station, reachable halal food and everything was good as its walking distance to most places of interest in London City.

Toilet not cleaned under rim during 7 night stay and have time stamped pictures to prove it. Had to look at this each time I sat on the bed which faced the toilet. The room only gets cleaned every second day. Poor check in. Door lock was broken on arrival. Was told just to leave it like that and they will get maintenance on it in the morning. I had to insist on another room which was not received well by them. Was not informed about a free breakfast as this review suggests there is one?

Pleasant and helpful staff, I was able to leave my bags before check in and after checking out, it was really appreciated. Great location, underground 1 min walk, supermarket next door, and Big Ben 12 min walk.
