Excellent location. The kitchenette was a plus. However, there was only 1 drop-off spot in front of the hotel so it wasn't convenient to load your luggage.

The receptionist was very unhelpful, I arrived the hotel at 13:00, she said I should pay 30 pounds for early check in or come back after 15:00, but no one help me to keep my luggage, I need to put it onto the shelf of the storeroom by myself, no one would pick it to my room. After a long flight I was very tired, but the reception wanted me to do Self check in, self check out, the reception never do check in or check out. Poor service. The house keeper was absent minded, I had put all my clothes onto my bed and written down a piece of paper “please do not tidy my bed” but she still done that, I am very mind someone touch my clothes or throw my clothes onto the floor. after she had tidied my bed, my nightcloth make me Itching， I believe she should have put my clothes on the floor when she was tidying my bed. It makes me feel very unsatisfied and disgusting. Have she thrown my pillow onto the floor when she was tidying my bed? After cleaning the toilet, she forgot to close the door. I would say It’s not a hotel , it’s only an apartment with poor service. I’ve never had a bad experience in any hotel like this. I won’t come back again

Totally rubbish. Very dirty. Smelly blanket. Dirty pillow. Dirty floor. Worst hotel ( I have tried more than 20 before in different parts of the world including HK / Germany / Finland / France and etc ). Request for refunding immediately.

Clean room. Spacious and good size bathroom. Very well soundproofed. Good kitchenette facilities. Easy walking distance from Waterloo station & good access to public transport.

The location was excellent and walkable to main attractions and close to tube stations and busses. The staff were nice. The room is small.

Quarto exatamente como demonstrado nas fotos, e ainda com uma visão parcial da London Eye… apesar de não termos reservado o quarto com vista. Recepção excelente! Equipe atenciosa e disponível durante todo o tempo, com resposta rápida pelo watzap. A localização é excepcional! Grande parte dos principais pontos turísticos faz-se caminhando. Para quem nao quer, caminhar há um ponto de ônibus na frente do hotel… e para quem nao quer ônibus, ainda há o metrô. Sem sombra de dúvidas o melhor hotel que nos hospedamos em Londres! As crianças gostaram muito! Super recomendo! Voltaremos com certeza!
