Good

Deluxe room was smallish. Bathroom small. AC system kept automatically cycling between cool and heat, necessitating waking up at 3am to change back to heat. Sofa bed was awful and will hurt your back. Plus was there is onsite washer and dryer, altho dryer required 6 lbs in coins, which the front desk may or may not have. Area was kinda dead at nite. Heard police sirens all nite long from my 3d floor room.

Excellent location. The kitchenette was a plus. However, there was only 1 drop-off spot in front of the hotel so it wasn't convenient to load your luggage.

The receptionist was very unhelpful, I arrived the hotel at 13:00, she said I should pay 30 pounds for early check in or come back after 15:00, but no one help me to keep my luggage, I need to put it onto the shelf of the storeroom by myself, no one would pick it to my room. After a long flight I was very tired, but the reception wanted me to do Self check in, self check out, the reception never do check in or check out. Poor service. The house keeper was absent minded, I had put all my clothes onto my bed and written down a piece of paper “please do not tidy my bed” but she still done that, I am very mind someone touch my clothes or throw my clothes onto the floor. after she had tidied my bed, my nightcloth make me Itching， I believe she should have put my clothes on the floor when she was tidying my bed. It makes me feel very unsatisfied and disgusting. Have she thrown my pillow onto the floor when she was tidying my bed? After cleaning the toilet, she forgot to close the door. I would say It’s not a hotel , it’s only an apartment with poor service. I’ve never had a bad experience in any hotel like this. I won’t come back again

Totally rubbish. Very dirty. Smelly blanket. Dirty pillow. Dirty floor. Worst hotel ( I have tried more than 20 before in different parts of the world including HK / Germany / Finland / France and etc ). Request for refunding immediately.

Lovely clean room.

We had a corner room and it was very specious, compatible to US hotels. It was nice to have a mini kitchen to keep and reheat food. Walking distance to metro. ,

We had a good stay. Very convenient to the tube station and in the middle of everything. Very polite and helpful staff. Room was a little small for three girls with our huge suitcases, but that’s to be expected of a hotel in a major city. Good stay and fair price.

This hotel is wonderfully located and clean, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant ran low on food twice during my stay, once for breakfast and once for dinner, so this is an area for improvement. However, you are in close walking distance to fantastic dining experiences including Sista Barista for breakfast, Cotto for dinner and you are also minutes from Lower Marsh Street. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location for visiting London! Very walkable to Westminster and close to the London Eye. Several pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby. Surprisingly quiet on the upper floors despite being right next to the train tracks. Check in/out was incredibly quick and easy using the electronic kiosk and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean with central AC and it was nice to have double beds and a fold out chair to accommodate separate beds for 3 people. Kitchenette was a great plus! Space was a little small but understandable given the area. Bathroom was clean, but the shower didn’t have a door and it was easy for water to overflow and spill on the floor. Overall, it was an excellent stay and worth it for the money spent.

Nice clean hotel in a very convenient location. There are 2-3 supermarkets within metres; nice cafe; post office, chicken and sandwich shops closeby; eat street 50m away. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a guest laundry in the basement which was a godsend after being 5 weeks abroad. Tube station not far away. The only downside was the gym is extremely small with little equipment. Cleaning is done every second day, if you require daily there is a charge.

Excellent location with large comfortable room. One minute from the nearest tube station, 5 minute walk to Big Ben, and Sainsburys and Pret right next door made for a very easy trip. Staff were super friendly and helpful as well. Very reasonable rate for late checkout which was amazing before an evening long haul flight.
