I have been to London many times and this is the first experience landing at another hotel next to the one I use to stay. The hotel was quite new and awesome, near to the train station, reachable halal food and everything was good as its walking distance to most places of interest in London City.

Great location close to shops, bars and resteraunts. Only a short walk from Waterloo station. Staff were amazing throughout our stay and were happy to provide recommendations when asked. On site resteraunt was great and offered a wide variety of drinks and food options.

Was a great room bed was really comfy and nice view of London sky! Also like having a little kitchen stayed a few times now and always good. Staff are all very friendly and a lovely smell when you walk into the lobby

This was a last-minute booking for us and we were concerned about booking this property because we did not know anything about it. As it turned out there was no reason for our fears. Very clean unit and close enough to all of the tourist attractions. Very friendly staff and everything that you need in a hotel.

Disappointed. Room was ok but felt tired, drain smell when we arrived from blocked sink, extractor fan in bathroom not working, charge point in bathroom not working. Reported to reception, sink was sorted, but other points not. Expected better quality room from what is shown on website.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Price covers the basics only, with rooms serviced only every other day. Staff very helpful but not many of them - the lady doing breakfasts was particularly busy and efficient single-handedly doing everything from greeting to maintaining supplies to clearing and cleaning!

Very good service. Location is very convenient it's just next door you have the supermarket. And a small convenience store which is 24 hour. Walking to the tube is only 3 minutes bus stop is only 1 minute. Highly recommended. Walking to the Big ben is only 10 minutes

Room was clean, with a good view from the back check in staff where extremely helpful and very accommodating to any requests that you have. My only complaint is the breakfast situation. Due to the dinning room being very small, a quick turnover for tables is needed and that feels very apparent when you get up to get a drink or more food and in the time of walking there and back your table has been cleared and a new person is sat in your chair! For anyone visiting this hotel I would recommend it, however I’d suggest going out for breakfast.

Beautiful room with great view over the London City. Very quiet and spacious. Nice coffee machine with selection of coffees. The only negative was the looked entrance doors after 10pm. If you did not check in there could be quite a wait for someone to open the door despite reception overlooking glass entrance door. Overall I would recommend.

Friendly welcome from the staff when we arrived and when we left our bag in the luggage room on the final day. The room was clean and the facilities were great, meaning we could make breakfast for the family in the room. The hotel was well located for central London exploration.
