Very clean room with effective but quiet air conditioning, a good buffet breakfast and a very helpful gentleman on the reception desk when we arrived. Great location too. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very No Frills, but it was clean, room was large, bed was comfy, had everything we needed. It is almost impossible finding a reasonably priced hotel in London. It's not super central but very close and the area is very nice in it's on right. Felt safe and has plenty of food options nearby. Self check in is efficient but a bit odd if you're used to talking to a person.
Breakfast is ok. Nothing amazing, but it was included in the price.

Easy to find, convenient location, staff helpful and friendly and breakfast was relaxed with plenty of choice. The room was extremely clean, lovely hot shower and air con. We will use again.

Check in process awful. No WhatsApp invite as advised. The check in email arrived after I'd checked out. Tried to check in through the website which didn't recognise the booking. Used the outside terminal which is very exposed and so high up - good luck if you're in a wheelchair or just short! The desk wasn't manned and it was before 10pm - really unsafe.

Recently refurbished hotel with modern and very clean facilities. Excellent location near the river and the High Street. The only issue was that there was no reception staff in the evening, and I didn't notice the self-check-in machine at first. Luckily, another guest kindly showed me where it was. Apart from that, everything was great. Highly recommended.

What truly elevated the stay, however, was the staff. Friendly, polite, and thoroughly professional, they created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. It’s often the people that define a place, and here they certainly do.
Yes, there is some traffic noise—but let’s be realistic: this is London, a living, breathing capital city. The gentle hum of movement outside is simply part of the backdrop, and hardly a reflection on the hotel itself.
