The room was clean, functional, and thoughtfully presented—everything you need, nothing you don’t. It delivers exactly what it promises, and does so well. What truly elevated the stay, however, was the staff. Friendly, polite, and thoroughly professional, they created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. It’s often the people that define a place, and here they certainly do. Yes, there is some traffic noise—but let’s be realistic: this is London, a living, breathing capital city. The gentle hum of movement outside is simply part of the backdrop, and hardly a reflection on the hotel itself. All things considered, this is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a well-run, good-value stay in London without unnecessary frills. I would happily return.
