가성비좋아요 무인이지만불편함 없었어요

Single room was nice and clean, with a view to the Thames River. Close to the Thames and a bridge. Underground station, Tesco and some bars nearby. Staff was friendly. Good prices with breakfast included. A little distance from central London but decent overall. Nice stay!

The hotel is clean, neat, and very proper for $110~120 range hotel. I think no need to stay in downtown London which has a convenient transportation system. Pay the same price but enjoy much pleasant stay. For my stay, it was quiet, even though my room was on the street side. There are two subway stations in 7~8 min walk distance (both). I took buses more frequently as bus stops are right near the hotel (a lot of buses pass here towards downtown London, Westfield, and etc). Sainsbury, Five guys, pubs, drugstore, all nearby. Mostly satisfactory and no problem.

Convenient hotel for central Putney very near High Street. Accommodation ideal for short stays in the area. Also well connected transport wise.

Once I had sorted out the way to gain entry, everything was great. Simple self service breakfast, good sized room, comfortably bed.

Ontbijtmenu ok, brood typisch engels, voldoende variatie, kamer was prima, bed was wat hard en de temperatuur kamer s nachts wat koud maar kan wat aan worden gedaan. Receptie beperkt aanwezig normaal geen probleem alleen soms minder handig bij een vraag. Voor ons was locatie ideaal.

It’s a basic hotel but the beds are so comfortable and it’s absolutely spotless. Amazing value for money

Room was great. Bathroom large. Everything was clean. But the real lack of staff (saw no-one at the front desk during my two-day stay) especially during what I would call 'regular' working hours was surprising.

Used this hotel many times but the communication was off this time. Staff ignored me checking in with poor weather, comms from the hotel were in german rather than english.

The room was clean and functional. All communication from the hotel was in German, which was a pain! Automated check is outside the building - ok if the weather is good.

The hotel was clean enough and I liked that it did not have the dirty carpets and outworn beds and bedsheets I have experienced in several London hotels before. It is not a luxury stay, but it is also not a luxury price. Exactly what we needed. Breakfast was also ok. The worst part was that I needed to check in after front desk closing hour at 22:00, and wrote that in my order, wich I did not get a reply to. I sent unanswered emails and also called 11 times on the day of arrival while travelling, because I needed assurance that I could in fact check in after the reception had closed. I left at least 3 messages on the phone but no answer. This stressed me out big time while travelling alone with a child. When we came to the hotel there was a check in machine in front, and it all worked out. But the information that the machine yould be used for check in at all hours should be offered up front. It would have saved me a lot of stress, and it was also worrying to NEVER get ahold of the hotel before our stay. I never saw anyone working at the front desk during our stay, so I did not forward my complain while I was there.
