Stanton Manor Hotel

A lovely bedroom and fabulous dinner. Would stay again.

Very beautiful hotel. It was everything we hoped for coming from Canada to the Cotswolds. The staff were exceedingly helpful with ideas of site seeing. Our only regret was only booking one night!

Very friendly staff. We wished we were able to stay longer. The grounds were beautiful and the room was very spacious.

Very large room though not the most expensive, plenty of room for stuff both in wardrobe and bathroom. All clean and well kept. Food excellent and plenty of choice, very pleasant young staff. Beautifully kept gardens and plenty of parking. The only downside is motorway noise but if you want road convenience it goes with the territory. We enjoyed our three nights and would be happy to visit again, it's a lovely area.

We stayed at Stanton Manor for one night - the hotel is beautiful in a lovely setting. The room had everything we needed, we didn't have dinner but did have a drink in the bar, and then breakfast had a great selection too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay again if we are needing to be in the area.

Lovely maintained garden in bloom to walk around, modern comfortable and spacious garden rooms in newer wing. However, unfortunately proximity to the M4 means the noise of traffic is inescapable dampening the whole experience - even in the rooms where seals on windows needs improving and very loud in the garden - so no quiet relaxing if noise is an issue. Bathroom was not 100% clean in the room - toothpaste left on wash basin. Breakfast was quite average.

Our room was number 6, the carpet wasent really hoovered, if it was, then whoever did it needs to recheck the standards. The bed was huge and comfy. The bath had a long hair in the middle of it which is hard to miss if the cleaners came in before we checked in. It really needs paintong, especially the bathroom. The shower kept on pushing put scorching hot water out from know where smd did leave a red mark on my stomach. We told reception when we checked out who said that, he is unaware of this and any other reviews which have said the same as its the managers who read reviews. Managers, read again your review amd deal with these issues, because you habe to many people sayong the same thing, amd you have a lovely hotel woth lovely backgrounds. Positive Views: check in was simple and quick. Staff were helpful and very efficient. The bed was very comfortable and large room was amazing to see. Priced well i felt was ok. Nice to see we had a choice of a bath or a shower. Nice to see bathroom dispenser was vegan friendly. The fjrst breakfast was nice (Vegan) the last day breakfast was not great. Less food pn the plate, and the sausage was under cooked. The main meal was excellent and very tasty. The garden at the back is another bonus of the hotel, its huge amd plenty to walk aroud in the sunshine. The car park was huge as well amd free. Room 6 was above the kitchen which was rather noisy, so might be a good idea to state this on your booking system.

Wonderful stay at Stanton Manor, management and staff were very attentive, excellent service, rooms were spacious and clean, dined in the restaurant and the food was excellent this was also the case with the breakfast which offered a very good choice. The bar area offered a homely feel and a good selection of beers wines and spirits. Stanton Manor offered plenty of parking, attached to the hotel to the rear is some seating areas giving views over the very large well maintained garden

Dinner is always good never stayed for breakfast as out to soon for work.

It was a nice place with beautiful ground’s surrounding it. Room was clean and bathroom was very modern and clean

The staff were very welcoming and friendly making my day with my wife a pleasant experience. The room was lovely and clean and with working amenities. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was served hot and enjoyable. Thank you we will return.

Bathroom a bit tired, mould around the windows, no air vents in room. Bed not comfortable. Also had a power cut while I was in the bath, no body came round ti check or advise.
