Citadines Montmartre Paris

Loved everything about the property except having to pay for breakfast and no AC. Keep this in mind if you're planning to visit in July or August...Rosa was an angel and she deserves a raise!

Our only gripe is that our room was not air conditioned. There were two big fans and we paid for a balcony, so it was tolerable, but the room was not air conditioned, as was advertised.

Room was clean and kitchenette was lovely to have for our stay. The pull out couch for a sofa bed was ok to sleep on for a few days. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Clean room, nice staff

The room itself is great. Very large for Paris. Had a small kitchen area with appliances so you can cook a small meal if you want. The location is also very good, tucked away at the end of a street so it’s quieter than you would expect for the location. The location of the toilet was a bit weird. It’s separated from the rest of the bathroom. The bed was a bit hard and not having AC are the two biggest downsides for me. But if you’re used to that, it’s a great place to stay.

It was my second time staying at the hotel. It is very well situated and very clean

Great staff, breakfast was great, room was clean with all great amenities. Would have preferred a better working fan as we had to open the blinds as there is limited lighting in the room and the opened blinds made the room hot. Would definitely recommend and would book again for next visit to Paris.

On a quiet street, which was nice. No A/C but we made it work with the one fan inside the room and opening the window at night.

Super hot no air conditioning at all no clean dust everywhere

The property is located in a great part of Paris. Lots of restaurants, sidewalk cafes etc. The apartments are roomy, if a bit sparse. There was a heatwave in Paris when we stayed there (40 deg.) and this building has no air conditioning! There was AC in the breakfast room but it was locked up at 10 am. After 4 nights they relented and left the door open so guests could cool down before going to their own oven (I mean apts.) There was a rickety fan blowing on the bed. I had to ask for more towels halfway through the week. There is a beautiful roof top patio that we loved to sit at in the evening. Unfortunately, it was locked up at 10 pm. The staff didn't seem to understand how their clients were experiencing this horrendous tropical weather. The breakfast offered was practically non existent. They had nothing left after 8 am, not even a croissant and they cut off the coffee machine at 9 am so it could be cleaned. They appeared to be short staffed. They still charged full price for the breakfast. I feel if the weather had been normal June weather we would have enjoyed the apartment so much better. We could have had breakfast somewhere else. It was just too hot to walk any distance. Most of the staff were very nice. I believe the heat was affecting them too. At the end of the day it was Paris! Amazing city.

Très bien situé ,personnel très sympathique et très propre.

Stayed in apartment 414(facing the cemetery) the room is perfectly suited for a small family and the 2 balconies made it feel even bigger it all ready was. Beds were very comfortable. Self laundry service was easy to use. staff was super friendly and let us check in early and gave us 2 room options to chose from. It located in a nice quiet street 2 minutes from the main area. From the roof terrace you do get a view of Montartre and the Effiel tower.

It was a bear room with nothing on the walls. Very plain looking. NO A/C!! I live in Texas and normally can't survive but luckily the weather was pleasant and so it wasn't so bad.

The room was clean and the stag were helpful. Lots of eating options within walking distance.

Everything was really good, the ubicación adn the room was big, only need to add air condition, the room was a little bit hot only with the fan. The breakfast was delicious

Belle chambre ménage fait mais pourrait être mieux (saleté dans les coins) pas de clim nous y étions la semaine de la canicule en mai donc très chaud dans la chambre très bien situé y retournerait

Prêt de tout resto ,métro ,autobus

C'était parfait ! Le personnel est extra, c'est bien situé, on a adoré notre séjour et nous y retournerons !
