Realmente, um hotel para não errar em Paris. Pra quem busca excelente localização e conforto, esse é o hotel. O atendimento é incrível e a limpeza impecável.

Appartement très propre, équipement parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours. Personnel très agréable et efficace.

It was a nice place to stay and if you are confident on the Metro and bus systems a good place to get around to all the Paris they could not check us in early which would be my only downfall after a 25 hour flight lovely staff and room has everything you need?

Situé sur une rue paisible, à proximité des transport en commun et de Pigalle. L’ appartement loué était spacieux et bien équipé quoique nous aurions apprécié une cafetière. La belle terrasse extérieure gagnerait à être équipée de coussins pour rendre le mobilier confortable et permettre une utilisation optimale. Le même commentaire s’applique aux chaises de cuisine. La douche de la salle de bain bien que de bonnes dimensions aurait pu être mieux nettoyée. Parmi les petits inconvénients, nous avons été privés d’eau une journée sans en être avisé au préalable. Selon notre compréhension cette panne était prévue donc une communication préalable eut été appréciée ce qui nous aurait permis une meilleure organisation de notre journée. Aux autres petits inconvénients s’ajoute une panne de deux jours d’un des deux ascenseurs qui a été réglée,disons-le, à la première occasion utile. Mention spéciale pour l’amabilité et la courtoisie du personnel et plus particulièrement les préposés à l’accueil qui ont donné une belle dimension humaine à notre séjour.

Everything met our expectations.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Sadly a whole host of "niggles" from the moment we arrived. Very warm welcome and support from staff throughout, but overall not the standard you should expect for this price point. We had to change rooms due to being given incorrect (accessible) room - we had paid for the one bedroom apartment and whilst technically this could be classed as such, it was not fit for purpose. Shower was set only at waist height, radiator broken in bathroom, poor layout of lighting. We were moved the next day. Unfortunately the shower in this room was also broken and required a call to reception to fix. Due to "works", the water was routinely off each morning! There was no notification of this so you could be halfway through ablutions to find the water simply stopped. No cleaning at all during our 5 night stay. This would be ok if cleaning equipment were provided in the flat! It's essential to have a dustpan and brush as minimum, given that it is set up as self catering! The whole flat (and corridors) needs a good deep clean - superficial cleaning seems to take place but the skirtings, floor and especially the balcony area needs thorough cleaning. We found cigarette ends and a champagne cork on our balcony, along with the general build up of grime. We also had to chase up batteries for the remote control and a spare light bulb. These things should be routinely checked. Staff were always responsive when we raised these issues but we shouldn't need to.

Wow! I actually feel like I got MORE than advertised!! The room was spacious and perfect for our family of 4! And there’s breakfast! Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris. Really appreciate all the reviews that said it was great for families- it is!

We had a nice stay and everything worked very well. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

Front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful and the room was clean. But, I stayed for 9 nights and my room was only cleaned and stocked once. I had to take my trash out and ask for towels and TP.

Amazing staff. Very helpful for everything we needed. Room was clean and so was rest of hotel. Definitely would stay again.

Love this location and having a kitchen is very convenient. Property is probably in need of a bit of refresh, seems a bit tired in places, but otherwise a good bet if rates are reasonable.

Staff at the reception did not speak English very well. The housekeepers did not speak English at all and were rude. I asked for extra towels and they gave me looks. I stayed for 7 days none of the days, the housekeeper or reception asked if I needed anything. The lady at the breakfast also did not speak in English and was also short tempered with English speaker. My room faced the cemetery. Location was good near the subway. I don’t think I would stay there again due to these reasons.
