Highly recommended! The receptionist is very helpful. She even gave us a map. Very strategic location - directly in front of Metro Station, next to McDonald, a pharmacy behind the hotel, and other shops like supermarket, bakery etc. The room is comfortable and dishwasher, microwave, stove are functioning well. The hotel even provides free flow of coffee & hot chocolate drink.

Great location with a spectacular view of the Eiffel tower from our room. Close distance to many cafes, bakery’s and grocery. The train station is across the street as well. My wife and I were very happy with this hotel.
We felt very safe, it is definitely in more of an upper class neighbourhood.

Great stay overall! Eiffel Tower view was incredible. Small negative is the bathroom had a strange odor and water spills easily from the shower tub. Convenient location for public transport. Coffee and tea in the lobby is a nice touch.

We had a great weekend at Citidines tour eiffel, the apartment was perfect for 2 people and had everything you could want. There was a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and toaster all great for a breakfast before heading out.
The hotel offers free coffee in reception that can be taken to your room, we used this a couple of times a day and it was really good quality!!!
The location of the apartments is great, you are next door to a supermarket and opposite a metro station, we managed to get everywhere we wanted to go within 30 minutes.
There is a selection of great restaurants just across the road, no need to book at any, just turn up, service is always fast and we had great food in everywhere we went.
Staff we're all super friendly and answered all our questions, we were able to store our bags in luggage room on last day after check out due to a late flight back.
If and when we return to Paris we would definitely stay here again!!!!

Hotel was centric. We were able to walk to several landmarks including the Eiffel Towel. The room itself was comfortable. As family with small kid we appreciated having a washer/dryer in the suite. The breakfast was amazing; the lounge was a little small and felt little bit packed. The personnel speaks English and Spanish; very helpful with getting us information on transportation to move around Paris.

The staff was very communicative.
The rooms and apartments are great, clean and comfortable.
The floors of the building could have a better care of, like the carpets on different floors.
It is very centric and has the metro station right in front and several restaurants near by. Totally recommend.

As you are right next to the train station, the rails being above ground you’ll frequently hear loud trains passing by every few minutes. The heating conditions are fairly odd as we turned it up to the maximum heat but the room nearest the entrance and living room area will still be fairly chilly for the one bedroom with Eiffel view.

The staff were helpful, the location was great, facilities in room were ok, views of tower were good. Decorative order very poor chipped and peeled paint, bathroom in poor condition decoratively. Hallway leading to room very poor eg carpet. Noise from other rooms very loud doors crashing. No instructions for safe.
