Lokasi yang sangat strategik - terus di hadapan Stesen Metro, di sebelah McDonald, sebuah farmasi di belakang hotel, dan kedai-kedai lain seperti pasar raya, kedai roti dll. Our Towels had dirty finger prints on them. The sheets are not fitted so they don’t stay in place. I know I don’t want to sleep in a hotel mattress with no barrier. Staff was great though. Very helpful gentleman at the front.

We booked this hotel many months in advance and even called to confirm. On arrival for check in, we were informed that there was some vague issue with the room. They did not disclose whether there was a problem with the room or if they were double booked and would not elaborate when asked. They stated they would send us to a 5 star hotel with a similar view to our original booking (stunning Eiffel Tower view from the studio suite with balcony). The room offered by the alternative hotel was sufficient, but the view was only the very top portion of the Eiffel Tower. We stated many times that the priority was the view, not a 5 star accommodation, so we were misled. We had only two nights in Paris and had a tour scheduled immediately after check in, so we did not have the luxury to squander time. Had the hotel staff been upfront, we could have used the hour before our tour to find alternative accomodations. Instead we had to navigate this on our own on a cold rainy night in Paris. We have traveled all over the world, including North Africa, Asia, Europe, and Central America. This was the first time an establishment failed to notify us that there was an issue with the reservation prior to arrival. We were very much looking forward to our stay here. We never expected to be so disappointed.

Mais gros point négatif, la chambre n’est fait qu’une fois par semaine. Nous sommes arrivés un mercredi et la chambre a été fait le vendredi… nous quittions le vendredi suivant… c’est très ordinaire.

There are no slippers in the bedroom; you have to request it before your arrival, along with an iron for your clothes and hangers, in addition, the room is not cleaned if you are staying less than 7 days. Also, you have to go to the 2nd floor to pick up toilet paper and towels. It’s a pretty much self serve hotel. You also have to ask about WiFi access. There is no pamphlet or welcome card with information. The front desk doesn’t take initiative on communicating with guest and are not o too friendly. Overall the hotel location serves its purpose as a place to stay temporarily for your short visit.

Love the convenience and location of this hotel. walking distance to eiffel tower and great restaurants. train station was right in front of hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, common areas like hallways need updating but definitely not a deal breaker. i would stay again for sure.
