heater is not enough working , also too difficult for check out , bath room was good clean too old property . i was not happy there just good location

Very clean and spacious room. Very good location, literally across the road from the metro station which has 3 different lines as well as next door to a McDonald's and a supermarket.

Nice hotel, convenient for the metro. We had the corner room with terrace and view of eiffel tower, it was great. The hallways are so so.

Staff was great and location was perfect! Otherwise bathroom just needed updating

Everything was perfect! We loved the room. And the kitchen amenities, washer and dryer were totally unexpected but a perfect addition to have! Definitely will be back!

Amazing food!

For a 4 star rating, this hotel was very disappointing. Condition of both the hallway and the room was sub-par. The hallway smelled of gas the nights I stayed there and there was food left near the garbage pail in my room from a former guest that had not been removed. The condition of the room was basic — like a college dorm room from the 70s. Very unfortunate stay and therefore I left a night early.

First time in Paris for a week. Nice location with metro station right across the street from the hotel. 3 metro lines will take you to many different attractions. Manyyyy dining options nearby from fast food to fine dining. Room is clean and ready when we arrived early. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice staff! They helped me very quickly when I had to change the room.

Our Towels had dirty finger prints on them. The sheets are not fitted so they don’t stay in place. I know I don’t want to sleep in a hotel mattress with no barrier. Staff was great though. Very helpful gentleman at the front.

All staff were very approachable. Room was modern, light and spacious. View was incredible.

We booked this hotel many months in advance and even called to confirm. On arrival for check in, we were informed that there was some vague issue with the room. They did not disclose whether there was a problem with the room or if they were double booked and would not elaborate when asked. They stated they would send us to a 5 star hotel with a similar view to our original booking (stunning Eiffel Tower view from the studio suite with balcony). The room offered by the alternative hotel was sufficient, but the view was only the very top portion of the Eiffel Tower. We stated many times that the priority was the view, not a 5 star accommodation, so we were misled. We had only two nights in Paris and had a tour scheduled immediately after check in, so we did not have the luxury to squander time. Had the hotel staff been upfront, we could have used the hour before our tour to find alternative accomodations. Instead we had to navigate this on our own on a cold rainy night in Paris. We have traveled all over the world, including North Africa, Asia, Europe, and Central America. This was the first time an establishment failed to notify us that there was an issue with the reservation prior to arrival. We were very much looking forward to our stay here. We never expected to be so disappointed.

The room was clean but the mattress was really dirty.

There are no slippers in the bedroom; you have to request it before your arrival, along with an iron for your clothes and hangers, in addition, the room is not cleaned if you are staying less than 7 days. Also, you have to go to the 2nd floor to pick up toilet paper and towels. It’s a pretty much self serve hotel. You also have to ask about WiFi access. There is no pamphlet or welcome card with information. The front desk doesn’t take initiative on communicating with guest and are not o too friendly. Overall the hotel location serves its purpose as a place to stay temporarily for your short visit.

The room shakes everytime the nearest subway (metro) passes. That happen all the night, interrupting the sleeping time. It was so unconfortable.
